If it isn’t a low salary, the problem is annoyed coworkers. Penny Ntuli appears to be struggling, as rumors suggest that her new coworkers are dissatisfied with the special treatment the recently hired Jozi FM radio anchor receives.

Shortly after leaving Gagasi FM, Penny announced that she had received an offer for a post in Johannesburg, which internet users later discovered to be Jozi FM. There is turmoil at Jozi FM, where she has recently started working. According to the insider, treating Ntuli like a princess risks causing certain staff members to desire preferential treatment just like her.

“She is taken to restaurants like Disoufeng and other eateries in tourist destinations like as Vilakazi Street to eat. Yes, she is still fresh in Soweto and the broader Gauteng, but the management is starting something they will not stand for in the long run.”

According to the source, the station’s CEO, Mpho Mhlongo, dropped her off to the station. Another source stated that they do not mind her joining the station because she has increased the station’s popularity; nevertheless, the way some people have been handled in order to please her is not acceptable to some.

“He even waits for her to finish her shows and drives her back to her temporary place,” the insider claimed.

Since joining the station, she has received a flow of visitors, admirers, sympathizers, and politicians, including the IFP Youth Brigade. Tina Zungu, an award-winning gospel singer, is among many who have visited the station.

According to another insider, management is setting an adverse precedent. Mhlongo confirmed that the drivers, not him, are picking up Ntuli from her home.

“When more new employees are hired, we anticipate taking them to eateries in Soweto as well. However, this may appear to be jealousy, and personally,” insiders claimed.

“She is picked up by my drivers. Also, she doesn’t know her way around Soweto, so she is picked up.”
